Shawna Brennfleck
Owner & Nurse Practitioner
Shawna has been working as a nurse practitioner in Saipan for the past 9 years in various positions, including CHC's Emergency Department and Children's Clinic, as well as providing occasional coverage for the health centers on Tinian and Rota. For the past 3 years, she has been working at Medical Associates of the Pacific providing primary care.
Shawna got her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Health and Rehabilitation Science, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Pace University in New York City, and a Master of Science in Nursing at The George Washington University in Washington DC.
She received a certification in Botox and dermal fillers and trained under dermatology nurse practitioner Laura Maroney. Realizing there was a need for such services in the CNMI, Shawna decided to continue the work Laura started by opening Island Skin Solutions.
When Shawna moved to Saipan over 9 years ago, she and her husband immediately fell in love with the island and the lifestyle it offers. They have since had two children, adopted two boonie dogs, and have settled down in Papago. Outside of work, Shawna enjoys biking, playing soccer, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and rambunctious young boys.
Cherie Moses
Medical Esthetician
Cherie embarked on her journey as a Master Esthetician over 15 years ago, a career path that has become her passion and lifelong pursuit. With a wealth of experience and a heart dedicated to improving the well-being of her clients, Cherie is not only a Medical Esthetician but also a trusted partner in the journey towards healthier and more radiant skin.
Since graduating from the Skin Science Institute of Laser and Esthetics, Cherie has lent her expertise to various high-end destination resorts and prestigious medical spas, extending her services even from the comfort of her own home during the formative years of motherhood, all while providing top-tier esthetic treatments to her clients. With a wealth of experience and a heart dedicated to improving the well-being of her clients, Cherie is not only a Medical Esthetician but also a trusted partner in the journey towards healthier and more radiant skin.

Two and a half years ago, Cherie, alongside her husband and four children, decided to move to Rota where they spent 2 years before landing in Saipan. This move was motivated by their shared desire to embrace a life filled with travel and adventure. Outside of her professional life, Cherie enjoys running, swimming, and free diving with her family.

Kerri Bauer
Executive Assistant
Kerri embarked on her professional journey as a school guidance counselor, dedicating a decade to this role before taking a hiatus to nurture her growing family. In 2008, she transitioned into the role of a group exercise instructor, a passion she has diligently pursued throughout the years. Holding a 200-hour certification as a yoga instructor, she has been actively conducting classes across Saipan since relocating here with her husband and four children.

Kerri's interest in holistic well-being led her to become an integral part of Island Skin Solutions. Her profound curiosity in skincare and treatments was ignited by her personal experiences of overexposure to the sun during past summers. Embracing the charm of Saipan, she delights in partaking in its stunning outdoor activities while also prioritizing her skin's health and vitality. Whether biking, running, or engaging in other pursuits, Kerri has found a balance that resonates with her lifestyle.
In essence, Kerri's journey encapsulates a seamless blend of diverse professional roles, a commitment to personal wellness, and a genuine appreciation for the beauty that surrounds her on the enchanting island
